SUSAN GILLISPIE, APRN

Susan is a Family Nurse Practitioner that specializes in holistic health (by disease prevention) through diet and nutrition.

Susan received her Master’s Degree in Nursing at Georgetown University, her Bachelors in Nursing at the University of Portland and her Bachelor’s Degree in Botany from Eastern Oregon State University.

​Susan’s Approach to Health: I work closely with you to find nutritional deficiencies. Together, we define your health goals and ways to achieve your optimum health. I believe in the holistic philosophy that the body has an inherent ability to establish, maintain and restore health. There is a healing power of nature and it is important to treat the whole person and not just symptoms. I also believe that prevention is the best cure.

DR. THOMASINA ANDERSON-SHARPE

Dr. Thomasina H Anderson-Sharpe is a Family Medicine Specialist who practices family medicine in Bay Minette, Alabama. She graduated with honors from the University Of South Alabama College Of Medicine in 1992. She completed a rural family medicine residency at Bristol Family Medicine/ETSU in the hills of Appalachian. While there she was exposed to a range of nontraditional and traditional medicine including herbal, homeopathic, holistic, allopathic, and osteopathic medicine.

After having more than 28 years of diverse experiences, including a childhood spent in Okinawa, Japan, she has developed an interest in alternative medicine and its applications for mental health and pain management, especially in family medicine. She follows a daily practice of wellness which includes yoga, meditation, and vegetarianism for over 27 years.
